Sam is big and handsome. A super young gelding who loves jumping and goes about his work with a real sense of gusto!

A very smart coloured 14hh mare. She's a real speedy gonzales and a great jumping pony.

Tex is a coloured 15.3hh horse. He's got a lovely character and quite a jump! Ideal for the more experienced rider.

Sam is an absolute gentleman, a brilliant jumper and a fun all-rounder. He's a bit of an escapologist from the field! 13.3hh bay gelding.

Fallon is a lovely 15.2hh Appaloosa mare. She's got a real heart of gold and she's keen to please everyone.

Danny is a real Steady Eddie - fantastic for novice riders and very safe and sensible. 14.2hh black gelding.

Boots is a 16.2hh thoroughbred ex-racehorse. He's a very, very speedy hack but his excellent manners make him a well mannered ride suitable for the novice and the more experienced. A bit of a grouch in his stable!

Penny is Danny's best friend. She's another safe and sensible ride - ideal for novice children.

Murphy might look like a bit of a bruiser, but he's safe and sensible. He'll perform dressage movements, jump in the school and carry you safely around a cross country course.

Bonnie is very safe and sensible - mainly used for lead rein and beginner children. She's a 14hh dun mare.

Rodney is the Old Schoolmaster who knows his job like the back of his hoof. He's previously show-jumped and he'll still enthusiastically take you around a course of fences. 15.3hh bay mw gelding.

Small and mighty - TIgger is a really good looking pony. Bright chestnut 13hh gelding.

Casper is very blonde and very beautiful! Our young 14hh Haflinger has just started working on the school.

Carlos is a very smart looking little horse - a 15.3hh liver chestnut gelding with white markings. Quite a little character who can do amazing work when he's enjoying himself.

Tango is our longest-serving horse who has been with us since we started the riding school. She's a real lady - ideal for small children and lead rein classes. 14.2hh chestnut mare.

Lloyd is big and beautiful - a 16.2hh jet black gelding. He's suitable for the more experienced rider as he can be quite forward going and a bit of a sensitive soul. Great jumper.

Xanadu is a coloured 13.2hh cob. He is very safe and doesn't like to overexert himself.

Georgia has recently started work in the school. She's a very happy little horse with lots of enthusiasm. Fast and safe, she'll keep going forever. 15.3hh coloured cob.

Bryn is one of the more recent arrivals at Holmescales and he is proving himself a real gem. He's good fun on hacks and he's a very handsome young man! 14hh bay cob X

Gus is a fantastic bay Anglo-Arab. We're fortunate enough to be able to use him for the more experienced lessons and hacks.

  Hattie is another Haflinger - a 13.2hh mare. She's a girl who knows what she wants! A very willing ride.

Bracken is a lovely 13.2hh strawberry roan (pink!) horse is a very experienced schoolmaster in the school.
