Our centre is situated on farmland in a beautiful, quiet, rural area on the outskirts of the Lake District approximately 5 miles from Kendal and within 5 minutes' drive of Junction 36 of the M6 motorway.
From Kendal:
The best method of approach is to branch off the A65 at the sign to Oxenholme Railway Station. Follow the B6254 towards Old Hutton. Turn right towards Gatebeck for one mile.
From Junction 36 of the M6 motorway:
Coming off the M6 at Junction 36, turn East towards Kirkby Lonsdale along the A65. At the first roundabout, turn left towards Crooklands. After crossing under the motorway bridge, take the first right turn for Old Hutton. Holmescales Riding Centre is on the left hand side of the road, about 1 mile after driving through Gatebeck.
